Hi, I’m Marina. In November 2019, I was on vacation in the Maldives, and by February 2020, I was back. I had completely fallen in love with that magical place. Not long after returning home, the pandemic hit, and I found myself locked down with three sewing machines and a lot of time to think. I used to run shops in Ibiza with my sister, but that summer, like for everyone, was a complete disaster.

In September, I decided to take a risk: I bought some fabrics, sewed a few swimsuits, and flew to the Maldives. A friend told me the islands were open and tourists were coming back, so off I went. For nearly two years, I sewed every single swimsuit myself. From the Maldives, I began traveling to Sri Lanka in search of local help to slowly grow this dream.

I never imagined I’d have the opportunity to build an international brand. But seeing the joy on women’s faces when they put on one of my designs fills me with pride—and fuels my determination to reach new corners of the world.

I had a rebellious youth, struggled with eating disorders, and was always searching for my identity. Clothing became my way of expressing myself, and today I’m convinced that my swimsuits carry something truly magical. Each one is made with love, and through them, I hope to inspire confidence, freedom, and self-expression.
