These Terms regulate the purchase of products offered by BeMyCrazy through its online store.
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

To place an order, the user must:

- Add them to the shopping cart
- Complete billing and shipping information
- Choose a payment method
- Confirm the order
Once the purchase is completed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.
BeMyCrazy reserves the right to reject orders in cases of error, suspected fraud or product unavailability.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, the customer will be informed and refunded accordingly.

BeMyCrazy does not store banking details or full payment card information.
7. SHIPPING
BeMyCrazy ships to selected countries within Europe and the United States.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures or force majeure events.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with European regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order.
To exercise this right, customers must contact hello@bemycrazy.com and provide their order number.
Products must be returned:
- Unused
- In perfect condition
- With original tags and packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
9. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If the customer receives a defective, damaged or incorrect product, they must contact BeMyCrazy as soon as possible, providing photographs and the order number.
Once reviewed, an appropriate solution will be offered, including replacement or refund where applicable.
