During PRE SALE periods, we will inform you of the shipping dates in advance. Please note that we are a handmade swimwear brand and will always release products on PRE SALE with prior notice and customer knowledge, to be able to prepare your orders.

There may be occasional delays in processing times during Black Friday, Christmas, or launches due to increased workload. 

Please ensure all provided data is correct when placing an order; we are not responsible for incorrect/incomplete information such as name, shipping or billing addresses, postal code, phone number, etc.

BeMyCrazy is not responsible for customs duties in your country. All applicable duties will be borne by the customer.

 Please note that if you choose not to pay taxes or import duties and opt to refuse the package, your order will not be refunded.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your ackage, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, AND MELILLA.

Please note that shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla will require the submission of the ID/NIE for customs duties and taxes.

The courier is always responsible for delivering the package. If a package is considered delivered by the courier and as not been received by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to take the necessary steps to ensure that the merchandise is delivered correctly.
