CHANGES AND RETURNS

At MyCrazy, you are our top priority, and we want to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept exchanges or returns within 14calendar days from the moment the package is delivered. Due to our sustainable production system and limited stock, you must notify us of the exchange or return within 48 hours of receiving your order by sending us an email toinfo@bemycrazy.com indicating your name, order number, and the exchange or return to be made.

Garments must be tried on with underwear. Returned items must be CLEAN and in the same condition as when we sent them. We will only accept products that are in their original condition, have not bee nused, altered, or damaged, and include all tags. Exchanges or returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.

Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a return, the product amount will be refunded, but shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using asecure, insured, and trackable courier service, as we cannot accept responsibility for any item that does not reach our facilities in Spain.

Shipping times for items IN STOCK

Change of print or standard size: If your order doesn't quite convince you, but you still want a My Crazy garment, you have 14 calendar days upon receipt to manage both the size change and the change to another model. Due to our sustainable production system and limited stock, it's important that you notify us of the exchange within 48 hours from when you received your order by emailing us at info@bemycrazy.com with the following information: 

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Change to be made

Custom orders made to measure:

If your order doesn't quite convince you and it's a custom-made garment, with specific instructions from each customer, the exchange can be made for another size, model, or a gift card, but not for are fund of your money.

RETURN

What a pity! To return your order, you have 14 business days. To do this, you must send us an email within the next 48 hours informing us of the return of your order. To do this, send us an email to info@bemycrazy.com indicating your name and order number to be returned. We will reply and provide you, via email, with the address to which you should send the package. Please remember that shipping costs will not be refundable under any circumstances. Once we receive the product and have confirmed that it is in perfect condition, you will receive the refund amount on the same card from which you made the payment within 14 business days.

Before sealing the return package, include a paper with your order number and your name inside the package so we can identify it. Please note that if the item you wish to exchange is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund.
