CHANGES AND RETURNS

At MyCrazy, you are our top priority, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. We accept exchanges or returns within 14 calendar days from the moment the package is delivered.

If you need to make an exchange or return, please send an email to returns@bemycrazy.com, and we will guide you through the process.

Garments must be tried on with underwear. Returned items must be CLEAN and in the same condition as when we sent them. We will only accept products that are in their original state, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags attached. Exchanges or returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.

Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the customer’s responsibility. In the case of a return, the product amount will be refunded, but shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a secure, insured, and trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach our facilities in Spain.

Change of print or standard size: If your order doesn't quite convince you, but you still want a My Crazy garment, you have 14 calendar days upon receipt to manage both the size change and the change to another model. Due to our sustainable production system and limited stock, it's important that you notify us of the exchange within 48 hours from when you received your order by emailing us at info@bemycrazy.com with the following information: 

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Change to be made

Custom orders made to measure:

If your order doesn't quite convince you and it's a custom-made garment, with specific instructions from each customer, the exchange can be made for another size, model, or a gift card, but not for are fund of your money.
